Welcome to the website of Samuel Dore AKA bursteardrum a Bristol-born and bred creative who works as a Graphic Designer, Photographer and Film Maker in London.

He was raised on a diet of 198o's blockbusters thanks to the films of Steven Spielberg, George Lucas and a love for 1950's Sci-Fi movies shown on TV which soon developed into a full-blown obsession. At the same time he developed his art skills copying Garfield, Marvel and DC characters from his much-loved comic-book collection which then lead to a BA (Hons) degree in Graphic Design at UWE Bristol which he continues practicing to this day.

His film making career started by accident when he was asked to make a short film for a magazine programme broadcast on Channel 4 and this soon led to him making award-winning short films and working on all genres and forms of media for different clients.

Having a life-long love for visual arts he took on photography after being inspired by the work of Terry Richardson, Richard Kern, David Hockney & Anton Corbijn. He is currently developing his portfolio.
